It’s not too late to own in our established Community of Roybrook Farm in the heart of Brooklin ! We are pleased to let you know that there will be a final release of Towns in this popular and picturesque location, in the near future. All 3 of our distinctive Town home designs will be available one last time. The spacious Telstar, the bright Tempo and the stunning Starlite, will complete the Neighbourhood of Roybrook Farm.
Conveniently located at Baldwin and Winchester, Roybrook Farm is rich with the history of Brooklin. Once known for the prize-winning cattle herd of pioneering farmer Fred Ormiston, in 1951 the homestead passed from Fred to his son Roy and was given the name Roybrook. For two generations, the Ormiston family found success with their herd at county fairs throughout the Durham Region. Named in honour of this local family and developed to continue the tradition of family living, The Neighbourhood of Roybrook Farm has been the perfect place to put down roots since 2008. Nestled between farmland and woods and only steps away from the Brooklin Plaza, Roybrook has flourished into a strong and proud community.
