Our Story
Golden Falcon Homes (GFH) was founded in 2006 with a clear vision: to elevate housing and community development through innovation, quality, and integrity. With a foundation in engineering and a deep appreciation for architecture and design, our founder set out to build homes in Ontario that genuinely reflect the needs and aspirations of modern families.
What began with a single residential project in Whitby has grown into a trusted building and development company across Southern Ontario. Over the years, GFH has delivered hundreds of thoughtfully designed residential and commercial properties—each built with care, precision, and a long-term perspective.

Sean (Shahin) Talaei
CEO & Founder
Sean (Shahin) Talaei, CEO & Founder
Sean founded Golden Falcon Homes in 2006, bringing decades of expertise in residential and commercial development, engineering, and technical leadership. Before entering the development industry, Sean built a strong foundation in the Telecommunication sector, working internationally with Ericsson, where he served as a Technical Director and gained extensive experience in engineering, operations management, and leading high-performance teams. He holds a background in Electrical Engineering/Telecommunications, M.Sc.E.E. and MBA, blending technical precision with a deep passion for architecture, design, and community building.
As Chief Executive Officer, Sean leads with a strategic vision centered on innovation, integrity, and long-term growth. He has guided multidisciplinary teams, strengthened partnerships, and implemented forward-thinking strategies that enhance operational efficiency and elevate business performance.
Driven by a belief that successful development goes beyond constructing buildings, Sean is committed to shaping communities where people and businesses can truly thrive. His leadership continues to propel Golden Falcon Homes toward strategic expansion, exceptional craftsmanship, and an unwavering dedication to delivering quality homes and outstanding homeowner experiences.
Mitra Minouie
Vice President
Mitra Minouie, Vice President
As Vice President of Golden Falcon Homes, Mitra leads strategic growth initiatives with a strong focus on investor relations and long-term value creation. With extensive experience in real estate development and capital partnerships, she excels at aligning the right people, resources, and opportunities to advance successful projects.
Mitra is known for her transparent communication and her ability to build trusted relationships with investors, stakeholders, and community partners. She plays a key role in structuring deals, securing funding, and ensuring each development aligns with market needs and the company’s mission.
With deep expertise in project evaluation, market analysis, and investor relations, Mitra is dedicated to creating meaningful partnerships and showcasing the strength and potential behind every project she supports.
Shayan Monazami
Operations Director
Shayan Monazami, Operations Director
Shayan oversees the daily operations at Golden Falcon Homes’ projects, ensuring staff, supervisors, and homeowners are fully supported throughout every stage of each project. His focus is on streamlining and systemizing processes to meet deadlines efficiently while maintaining cost-effective practices across all builds.
He comes from a background in custom home construction and holds all relevant industry certifications. Shayan has been with the company for approximately 10 years and brings over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. He is driven by the incredible team at Golden Falcon Homes and looks forward to continuing to grow with the company.
Sina Nourbakhsh
Director of Projects
Sina Nourbakhsh, Director of Projects
Sina is an experienced construction and development leader with over 15 years of guiding residential, ICI, and land development projects across Ontario and beyond. Sina oversees the full project lifecycle-from land acquisition and feasibility studies to design coordination, permitting, construction, sales, and TARION warranty management— successfully delivering communities of townhomes, semis, detached homes, and midrise developments.
With a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering, Sina founded and led Green Box Solutions, a development and engineering consultancy serving clients worldwide, including major solar PV portfolios across North America. His background also includes leadership roles in renewable energy development, infrastructure commissioning, and electrical systems installation.
Behzad Moharrari
Senior Accountant
Behzad Moharrari, Senior Accountant
With over 10 years of experience in construction and accounting, Behzad brings strong financial and operational expertise to support effective project management and organizational growth. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in business administration from Tehran University, along with professional training from Seneca College, Access Employment Ontario, and H&R Block.
Since February 2020, Behzad has served as the Senior Accountant at Golden Falcon Homes Inc., where he oversees project accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and process optimization. His focus is strengthening financial oversight and contributing to the successful delivery of our construction projects through accurate analysis and strategic financial management.
Ben Zarnegar
Senior Site Manager
Ben Zarnegar, Senior Site Manager
Ben plays a key role in overseeing construction activities on site, supporting trades and team members throughout each phase of construction. He manages day-to-day site operations, trade scheduling, and on-site quality assurance for Golden Falcon Homes.
Backed by 15+ years of field experience in custom homes, subdivisions, and townhome developments, he keeps projects running efficiently and to the highest standards. He is committed to strong coordination, craftsmanship, and delivering a positive experience for homeowners and stakeholders.
Trevor Romeiro
Senior Site Manager
Trevor Romeiro, Senior Site Manager
Trevor manages day-to-day construction at our Odessa community, keeping homes on track from start to finish.
With over 20 years of hands-on experience in residential building, he works closely with trades and homeowners to solve challenges as they arise. Trevor takes pride in seeing each project come together smoothly and enjoys being part of the team that brings quality homes to life.
Arielle Dahary
Senior Office Administrator
Arielle Dahary, Senior Office Administrator
Arielle brings a strong and well-rounded foundation in both business and construction to her role at Golden Falcon Homes. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Specialized Honours in Management from York University and further strengthened her technical expertise by completing the Construction Engineering Technology program at George Brown College.
With hands-on experience in project coordination and construction administration, Arielle oversees daily office operations, provides effective administrative leadership, and ensures clear, consistent communication between departments, trades, and homeowners. Her organization, attention to detail, and commitment to efficiency play a key role in supporting the company’s projects and overall operations.
