About Golden Falcon Homes Founder, CEO

Sean (Shahin) Talaei, who made his mark as a builder and developer nearly two decades ago in Ontario, Canada, began his career in the Telecom Industry at Ericsson in Sweden. After serving in various positions and countries, he established GFH in Canada in 2006. Golden Falcon Homes’ first residential project consisted of 117 townhomes in Whitby, followed by 150 mixed low-rise residential units and a commercial plaza in the same area.

As the president and founder of Golden Falcon Homes, Sean has decades of experience managing different industries, including Telecom, residential, and commercial development. The firm is expanding into the condo market and has successfully built and completed several residential subdivisions for other developers while also serving as a Construction Manager and General Contractor.

Golden Falcon Homes has set a high standard for customer service and satisfaction and is one of the few builders and developers in Ontario with zero claims after building hundreds of homes.

Sean Talaei earned his Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden, and an MBA from Stratford International University in the USA. He has also completed many international management courses around the world. Sean Talaei has nearly five decades of experience in construction and different sectors and industries worldwide.

With a passion for creation, a love of architecture, and an eye for design, all married with construction knowledge and engineering expertise, Sean Talaei’s journey has become a never-ending adventure
